Hi! My name is Melissa and I began my wellness journey when I was searching for healthy options for my family. My daughter kept getting one respiratory infection after another and I just didn't know what to do. The Dr's didn't have answers and neither did I! I found myself frustrated and alone! But then I found an incredible community of women and men who have helped me learn what to do to keep my whole family healthy! As soon as I started implementing these techniques our entire life changed!  As a Dental Hygienist, Mom & friend my mission is to teach other people how to bring this wellness into their homes, and remove the JUNK that is hidden in everything we touch. I lost my mom when she was 60 years old. She had cancer, cancer is a terrible word that I do not want sneaking in your home!
